RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges on undamaged or non faulty items. On the unlikely occasion that your lashes are damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange.

We will notify the customer of receipt of the return via email and endeavour to issue a refund within 7 days if the goods are returned and approved as a reasonable return. 

​

Each lash is handmade and therefore each one can be slightly different. If this is the case, this would be barely noticeable however it is something that must be noted.
